Towards Leadership Pathways for Health Workforce Wellness

The “Towards Leadership Pathways for Health Workforce Wellness” project was prepared by a design team for CHLNet with the goal of assessing how leaders can best address worker burnout and distress at both a network and individual organizational level. We have been developing an implementation plan from our recently completed Insights summary and plan to share these at our Secretariat Roundtable on May 5th, 2022.
