On Nov 3 &4 our virtual partner roundtable was held. Day 1 included a Chatham House Rule roundtable on what leadership lessons learned from the first 3 waves of COVID is inspiring and challenging leaders during wave 4 of the pandemic plus findings from our SSHRC Leading Thru COVID Action Research project phase 2. Phase 1 findings summarized in a two-page Executive Summary and our first of two peer reviewed articles on The relevance of the LEADS framework during the COVID-19 pandemic can be shared widely.
Day 2 continued action on health workforce wellness/burnout and how leaders can support this effort through a design thinking approach with a fabulous session kicked off by CMA’s President Dr. Katherine Smart and CNA’s President Tim Guest. Big thank you to them. The Top 10 Takeaways from this session can be found here. We are connecting with our 3 system designers on next steps on creating Insights to Action.
